Beast Freight (Beast Freight LLC) · Effective {{launch date}} · Last updated {{date}}

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our free tools, what we do with it, and what choices you have. We wrote it to be read. If something is unclear, email us at contact@beastfreight.com.

1. Who we are

Beast Freight provides truck dispatch services and free trucker tools from 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, US. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Beast Freight. “You” means anyone who visits our website.

2. What we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form, call, text or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, MC and USDOT numbers if you give them, equipment type, number of trucks, home base and lanes, and anything you write in a message. If you become a dispatch client, we also collect the paperwork needed to work for you, such as your authority letter, certificate of insurance, W-9 and factoring details. Those documents are covered by your dispatch agreement as well as this policy.

What our calculators do with your numbers. The numbers you type into our calculators (costs, miles, rates) are processed in your browser. We don't send them to our servers or save them to an account. Your browser may remember them on your device so they're there next time; you can clear them any time. If you choose “Email me this result” or “Share this result,” we use the numbers you entered only to create that email or link.

What we collect automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and approximate location from your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

What we get from others. Public records such as FMCSA registration data, to verify a carrier. If you ask us to, we contact your factoring company or brokers to set up accounts.

3. Why we use it

We do not use what you tell us to build profiles for advertisers.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use {{Google Analytics 4 / other}} to count visits and see how people use our tools. We use {{advertising pixels: yes/no; if yes, list them}}. A cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and our site honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of sharing. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, but a few features may not.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it with:

6. Calls and text messages

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree that Beast Freight may call or text you about dispatch services, including through automated systems. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email or call us to opt out. We process opt-outs within 10 business days, and we aim to do it right away. We don't share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

7. Email

Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address. We honor unsubscribes within 10 business days. Service emails about a dispatch relationship (agreements, load details) may still be sent.

8. How long we keep it

Website inquiries: {{24 months}} after our last contact. Dispatch client records and load documents: {{7 years}}, which matches common tax and freight-record practice, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data: {{14 months}}. We keep something longer only if the law requires it or a dispute is open.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted vendors. No system is completely secure, so please don't send bank-account numbers or full card numbers by email or text.

10. Your choices and rights

Every visitor can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and can opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the specific rights below. We apply the same process to everyone.

To make a request, email contact@beastfreight.com or call (404) 480-0990. We'll confirm it's you, and respond within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying to our answer and, depending on your state, contacting your attorney general.
