Truck dispatch services for owner-operators and small fleets
A truck dispatch service finds freight for your truck, negotiates the rate with brokers, and handles the follow-up so you can drive. At Beast Freight, our dispatchers book only the loads you approve, and the fee is posted on our pricing page.

What we don't do
We don't force-dispatch. We don't book loads you haven't approved. We don't take payment from shippers or brokers on your behalf, and we don't hold your freight money.

Dispatch vs. self-dispatching vs. load board only
Self-dispatching is the better choice when your lanes are dense and you already have a broker network you trust. Here is who does what in each setup.

FAQ
Dispatch questions
What does a truck dispatcher do?
A dispatcher finds loads for your truck, negotiates the rate with brokers, reviews the rate confirmation, books the load once you approve it, and handles follow-up like check calls and detention claims.
How much does a truck dispatcher charge?
Most dispatch services take a percentage of the load's gross linehaul, commonly 6% to 8% of the load's gross, and a few charge a flat fee per load. Our standard rates are 6% to 8%, and during launch you pay 2 points less (4% to 6%), depending on equipment and authority age. Both are listed on the pricing page.
Do I have to take the loads you send?
No. You approve every load. If you pass, we keep looking.
Can I use you with a new MC number?
Yes. New authority pays 5% at launch (7% standard) while you build broker history, and we pick loads that clear your break-even.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. There's no long-term contract and no minimum term. You sign a short dispatch agreement so everything is in writing, and you can stop any time.
